Geez, that nurse is a total dunce, I guess god had to compensate hence the voluptuousness that is her, lawl. I also get the strange feeling that she is going to die later, then again in shows like this the dumbest one usually survives -.-

@Libby The bites don’t often bleed as much, the various games and movies have their own rules with infected individuals, in land of the dead the zombies were slow but got progressively smarter over time learning how to use tools and strategize. They started off like babies not knowing anything.
Zombies also vary in strength as well depending on the reference material. Sometimes when someone is infected their strength is increased substantially, other times their strength remains the same or sometimes weakens but most of the time when this is the case it often means that the zombies can actually run and not just waddle along, it may also mean they are prone to mutations like in Left 4 Dead, or may have other variations like animals or test subjects are the virus itself may mutate as seen in Resident Evil AND Left 4 Dead. Dead Rising the mutations were minimal but in turn there were a shitload of zombies everywhere.
Now getting to the point of bleeding, most of the time bleeding is very minimal depending on where the bite is, in this show the amount of blood per bite is completely random, when the first victim was claimed in episode he died within seconds due to blood loss from a bite to his forearm, whereas the best friend who was bit near his shoulder barely bled at all. I suppose one could make the assumption that as zombies are “alive” longer in the HoD world they develop a type of anti-coagulate so as to get their victims to die longer?
Now I’m simply stating that it’s not always the same, and everything you said could be right, but for the most part this anime may just abruptly change the rules of how the zombies work so as to continue the story.
